Mohammed Rafi sahab is remembered all over the world on his birth anniversary on 24^th December 2023. All the heroes of Indian film industry rose to fame due to their combination with Rafi Sahab.

Mughal-e-Azam was the greatest blockbuster of Tragedy King Dilip Kumar Sahab in 1960. Rafi Sahab sang the song “Zindabad Zindabad Aye Muhabbat Zindabad”. Kohinoor was the second biggest hit of Dilip Kumar sahib where Rafi Sahab sang “Madhuban Me Radhika Nachere” and “Do Sitaron Ka Zameen Par Hai Milan Aaj Ki Raat”

Baiju Bawra and Barsaat Ki Raat were the greatest blockbuster of Bharat Bhushanji in 1952 and 1960. Rafi Sahab sang the songs “Man Tarpat Hari Darshan Ko Aaj” and “Zindagi Bhar Nahi Bhulegi Wo Barsaat Ki Raat”.

Sangam and Mere Mehboob were the greatest blockbusters of Rajender Kumar sahab in 1964 and 1963. Rafisahab sang the songs “Yeh Mera Prem Patra” and “Mere Mehboob Tujhe Meri Muhabbat Ki Kasam”.

Ek Musafir Ek Haseena was the biggest hit film of Joy Mukherjee sahib in 1962. Rafi Sahab sang the song “Phir Tere Shahar Me” and “Bahut Shukhriya Bari Meherbani”.

Taj Mahal was the biggest hit film of Pradeep Kumar sahib in 1963. Rafisahab sang the song “Jo Wada Kiya Wo Nibhana Parega” and “Jo Baat Tujh Me Hai”.

Chaudavi Ka Chand was the biggest hit film of Guru Dutt sahib in 1960. Rafisahab sang the song “Chaudavi Ka Chand Ho Yaa Aftaab Ho”.

Junglee was the greatest hit film of Shammi Kapoor sahab in 1961. Rafisahab sang the song “Ehsaan Tera Hoga Mujh Par”

Mere Sanam was the greatest hit film of Biswajeetji in 1965. Rafisahab sang the song “Pukarta Chala Hoon Mein” and “Humdum Mere Maan Bhi Javo”.

Guide was the greatest hit film of Dev Anand sahab in 1965. Rafisahab sang the song “Din Dhal Jaye” and “Tere Mere Sapne”.

Jab Jab Phool Khile was the greatest hit film of Shashi Kapoorji in 1965. Rafisahab sang the song “Pardesiyon Se Na Akhiyan Milana”.

Farz was the greatest hit film of Jeetender ji in 1967. Rafi Sahab sang the song “Baar Baar Din Ye Aye” and “Mast Baharon Ka Mai Aashiq”.

Mera Saaya was the greatest hit film of Sunil Dutt Sahab in 1966. Rafi Sahab sang the song “Aap Ke Pehlu Me Aakar Ro Liye”.

Mera Gaon Mera Desh was the greatest hit film of Dharmender ji in 1971. Rafi sahab sang the song “Kuch Kehta Yeh Sawan”.

Neelkamal was the greatest hit film of Raj Kumar ji in 1968. Rafi sahab sang the song “Tujhko Pukare Mera Pyar”.

Gumnaam was the greatest hit film of Manoj Kumar ji in 1965. Rafi Sahab sang the songs “Jaane Chaman Shola Badan” and “Ek Larki Hai Jisne Jeena Mushkil Kar Diya”

In a CNN-IBN survey in 2013, he was voted the greatest voice of Hindi Cinema.

In 2001, Mohammed Rafi was named as the “best singer of the millennium” by Hero Honda and Stardust magazine. Rafisahab films and songs require restoration.
