A Scientific research has again proved that our Mohd. Rafi sahib is really the Greatest singer ever of India. Ms. Guneet, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Punjab University, Chandigarh and her team have completed a research work on ‘Rash Driving’ and ‘Traffic Rules Defiances’ on the roads. The results of the Research are really amazing. The research says that if a driver hears Mohd. Rafi’s songs, which have soft music during driving, he would absolutely and certainly be safe. But if one hears fast, hiphop or rap music, he/she would drive at some fast pace and be in danger. ‘Dainik Bhaskar’ has also published a report about it.

Dr. Satish Kumar and Doctor Sanjiv Bhatia told that the Indian drivers, especially the youth, who hear extraordinary fast music, break the 10 traffic rules in 40 minutes. The experts told that such type of fast music enhances excitement in the driver’s brain. Hence, his/her blood pressure also goes up. He/she presses accelerator more and more and starts enjoying higher speed; which is dangerous for both driver and the public. Such drivers often defy the traffic/red lights. They either overtake or press brakes dangerously. They don’t feel any risk in their mind, rather they feel enjoyment as their mind get entangled in the fast music. They can’t see any warning boards on roads only due to higher speeds.

If a driver is enjoying Mohd. Rafi’s songs, he/she will show road-sense. He/she complies all the traffic rules. His/her mind remains always alert even during hearing the songs. He/she never enhances the speed of vehicle, therefore his/her vehicle never goes out of control. The research shows that the soft music, like Mohd. Rafi sahib’s, keep the driver’s brain active. Mohd. Rafi’s extraordinarily sweet voice becomes the bonus & plus point for the drivers. Really, Rafi sahib is the Genius, Immortal, Incomparable, inimitable singer of the whole world.

Thus, the research evidently proves that Mohd. Rafi is the best and his songs are not only melodious and soothing but also beneficial to the humanity in every sense.

मोहम्मद रफ़ी हैं महान्तम, वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान द्वारा हुआ सिद्ध

एक वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान ने यह सिद्ध कर दिया है कि हमारे मोहम्मद रफ़ी साहिब सचमुच भारत के अब तक के सब से अधिक महान्तम गायक हैं। सुश्री गुनीत, सहायक प्रोफ़ैसर, मनोविज्ञान विभाग, पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय, चण्डीगढ़ व उनकी टीम ने सड़कों पर ‘लापरवाही से किए जाने वाले वाहन-चालन’ व ‘आवाजाही के नियमों के उल्लंघन’ जैसे विषयों पर अनुसंधान कार्य निष्पन्न किया है। इस खोज के निर्णय आम लोगों के लिए विस्मयकारी हो सकते हैं। यह अनुसंधान बताता है कि यदि कोई चालक वाहन-चालन के समय मोहम्मद रफ़ी साहिब के गीत सुनता/सुनती है, तो वह निश्चित तौर पर पूर्णतया सुरक्षित होगा/होगी। परन्तु यदि कोई तीव्र, हिप-हॉप अथवा रैप संगीत सुनता/सुनती है तो वह कुछ अधिक गति से अपना वाहन चलाएगा/चलाएगी व अधिकतर समय ख़तरे में रहेगा/रहेगी। ‘दैनिक भास्कर’ ने भी इसी अनुसंधान संबंधी एक रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित की है।

डॉ0 सतीश कुमान व डॉक्टर संजीव भाटिया ने बताया कि भारतीय भारतीय चालक, विशेषतया युवा, जो असाधारण तीव्र संगीत सुनते हैं, वे 40 मिनटों में आवाजाही के 10 नियम तोड़ते हैं। विशेषज्ञों ने बताया कि ऐसा ‘फ़ास्ट म्युज़िक’ चालक के मस्तिष्क में उत्तेजना उत्पन्न करता है। ऐसे संगीत से उनका रक्त-चाप (ब्लड प्रैशर) बढ़ जाता है। इसी लिए वे अपने वाहन की गति निरंतर बढ़ाते चले जाते हैं, जो चालक व आम जनता दोनों के लिए ख़तरनाक है। ऐसे चालक आवाजाही/लाल बत्तियों का प्रायः उल्लंघन करते हैं। वे किसी अन्य वाहन से आगे निकलते हुए ख़तरे मोल लेते हैं व ब्रेक भी ख़तरनाक ढंग से दबाते हैं। उन्हें ऐसा कदापि अनुभव भी नहीं होता कि वे किसी ख़तरे में हैं, अपितु वे ऐसी स्थिति में आनन्द महसूस करते हैं, क्योंकि उनका मन तो तीव्र संगीत में उलझा होता है। तेज़ गति होने के कारण उन्हें सड़कों पर लगे चेतावनी बोर्ड भी दिखाई नहीं पड़ते।

यदि कोई चालक मोहम्मद रफ़ी साहिब के गीत सुनता है, तो वह अन्य चालकों के मुकाबले में अधिक रोड-सैन्स दिखलाएगा/दिखलाएगी। गीत सुनते समय भी वह सदैव चौकस रहता/रहती है। वह अपने वाहन की गति कभी नहीं बढ़ाएगा/बढ़ाएगी, अतः उसका वाहन भी कभी अनियंत्रित नहीं होगा। यह अनुसंधान बतलाता है कि कोमल संगीत, जैसे कि मोहम्मद रफ़ी साहिब के गीत, चालक के मस्तिष्क को चुस्त रखते हैं। मोहम्मद रफ़ी साहिब की अत्यधिक मीठी आवाज़ तो जैसे आम चालकों के लिए अत्यंत लाभदायक बन जाती है। सचमुच, रफ़ी साहिब जैसा प्रतिभाशाली गायक समस्त विश्व में ही कभी पैदा नहीं हुआ, उनकी न तो कोई नकल कर पाया है तथा न ही उनकी तुलना किसी अन्य गायक से की जा सकती है।

अतः यह अनुसंधान स्पष्टतया यह सिद्ध करता है कि मोहम्मद रफ़ी साहिब ही बेहतरीन हैं तथा उनके गीत न केवल मीठे व सांतव्नादायक हैं, अपितु वे हर प्रकार से संपूर्ण मानवता हेतु ही लाभप्रद हैं।
